河北省心脑血管病防治协同创新中心简介

Hebei Collaborative Innovation Center for Cardio-cerebral Vascular Disease

心脑血管病是造成国人死亡的第一原因,是危害人类健康的主要疾病。“河北省心脑血管病防治协同创新中心”(以下简称“中心”)的建立始于2012年3月15日由教育部和财政部实施的“高等学校创新能力提升计划”(即“2011计划”)。“中心”以降低心脑血管病发病率、提高人民健康水平为目的,以创新能力提升为突破,在基础科学研究之上,以协同创新、科研成果的快速临床转化为工作重点,积极开展“原创性、前瞻性和应用性”研究,努力为我省乃至国家的心脑血管病防治提供强有力的理论支撑,人才保障和智力支持。

“中心”由三个国家临床重点专科建设项目——河北医科大学第二医院神经内科、心血管内科和心脏大血管外科牵头,联合河北省神经病学重点实验室、河北省心脑血管病研究所、山东第一医科大学(原泰山医学院)动脉粥样硬化研究所、河北医科大学病理生理及生理教研室(河北省重点学科)、国家著名心脑血管病药物研发企业——石药集团、河北省疾病预防控制中心、同时联合省内11个设区市三级甲等医院的心脑血管病诊疗研究机构和相关临床科室,瞄准国际前沿,服务地方,凝练4大协同创新方向:①心脑血管病关键病例机制研究与临床治疗策略探讨;②创新心脑血管病治疗模式,提高治愈率、降低残疾率;③心脑血管病新药研发与有效药物筛选;④心脑血管病联合防控体系建设。打造国内一流、多学科合作、优势互补的综合平台,汇聚在国际学术界有重大影响力的著名专家学者为平台负责人,领导核心团队开展前沿性研究工作。

为了集中力量对血管疾病进行系统攻关研究,2015年1月25日,基于河北省心脑血管病防治协同创新中心、河北医科大学第二医院及山东第一医科大学动脉粥样硬化研究所而建立“河北省血管稳态重点实验室”,并于2018年6月8日通过河北省科学技术厅组织的“省级重点实验室”验收,已纳入省级重点实验室管理。实验室具备国际一流的神经血管分析和动态观测平台,配备高精尖仪器设备和顶级数据分析系统,并拥有临床病房作为基地,开展临床应用研究。

“中心”在建设中获得了国家自然科学基金,河北省教育厅、财政厅、卫健委(原卫计委)、科技厅,河北医科大学以及石药集团的大力支持。共建单位前期及成立后共荣获国家科技进步二等奖3项,国家技术发明二等奖1项,河北省科技进步一等奖8项,河北省科技进步二等奖11项,河北省科技进步三等奖35项,中国药学会科学技术三等奖1项。目前已发表学术论文2538篇,其中SCI论文324篇,其中8篇论文荣获国家卫计委脑防办百篇优秀论文。起草了《中国脑梗死中西医结合诊治指南2017》,参加撰写脑血管病指南6部,举办脑血管病新进展学习班4期,在全国专业学术会议大会交流20次。建成了河北省脑血管病分级诊疗区域中心-石家庄市17个县和24个社区医院双向转诊网络,是“河北省脑血管病规范化治疗培训基地”、“河北省疑难脑血管病远程会诊中心”,极大地促进了河北省脑血管病诊疗水平提升,团队获得了“河北省高校李保国式科技服务团队”。
